2T Vegetable Oil
4 Impossible Breakfast Sausage Patties
1 Bottle Just Egg
3 Green Onions diced small
1/2t Sea Salt
1/2t Fresh Ground Black Pepper
4 Hashbrown Patties
3/4c Plant Based Cheddar Cheese
Nagoya Vegan Egg Roll Wrappers
Aquafaba

CholuaŠ Maple Syrup
1/2c Pure Maple Syrup
1 1/2 T Cholua Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the hashbrowns as directed on package. Season with salt and pepper. Cut into thirds and set aside.
Sauté Sausage in oil until cooked all the way through. Add Just Egg and cook stirring occasionally. Add onions, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute. Put in bowl and put in the refrigerator until cooled all the way.
Assemble
Place egg roll with a corner facing you. Add a hashbrown patty close to you and add 1-2T of the Eggz mixture. Add 1T Cheeze on top. Wet edges of wrapper slightly with Aquafaba (water from canned Chick Peas). Fold corner closest to you over filling, then sides, and roll to next corner.
Spray with Oil and air fry 5 minutes turning after 2 1/2 minutes
Cholua Maple Syrup
Combine cholua and maple syrup and mix
