1 lb. ground pork
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups chicken broth
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup long grain white rice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice the onion and bell pepper, mince the garlic and measure out the rest of the ingredients.

2.In a large skillet over medium- high heat, add the ground pork and taco seasoning. Cook until browned, drain any excess grease from the skillet.

3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet with the pork. Cook until the veggies begin to soften. Add the minced garlic, salt and pepper and cook another minute.

4. Stir in the undrained diced tomatoes, chicken broth, white rice and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
