1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
8 Ounces Noodles (Ramen, Lo Mein, Spaghetti, etc.)
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Ginger, Minced
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Sesame Seeds for Garnish

Directions:

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Add minced garlic and ginger to the beef. Add red pepper flakes (optional) and cook for 1/2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.

Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet, coating them in the beef and sauce mixture.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
