Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My Aunt Gustie never married and was slightly limited on her kitchen skills.
This was one of her contributions to family parties we could always look forward to.

As children, we loved the chocolate but never appreciated the walnuts she used as garnish. We would discretely sneak the nuts into the trash.  We never thought about the effort or time she spent cracking those nut shells and picking the meats out of them.  I prefer to use pecans, purchased and shelled, of course! Even though she baked with the "unpopular" walnuts, she was a very favorite aunt!
