Maple Bacon Chicken Thighs Recipe

8-10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 T Maple Bacon seasoning OR bbq chicken seasoning
8-10 strips sliced bacon
1 c barbecue sauce
¼ c maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Pat chicken dry using paper towels, sprinkle both sides generously with the seasoning of your choice,
Roll up each thigh and wrap with one bacon strip so that the ends of the bacon are underneath. Set aside on parchment covered baking sheet.
You may either bake in 375º oven for about 30 minutes OR
place on BBQ grill over indirect heat, Bacon will cause all kinds of flare ups otherwise.
Using tongs, keep turning occasionally til internal temperature comes to 165º F.
In a small bowl combine bbq sauce and maple syrup.
Once chicken is cooked, put chicken onto direct heat and baste with sauce mixture every minute or so until whole thigh is glazed. Or if cooking in oven, baste with bbq sauce mixture and finish baking til glazed and sticky.
