5 large eggs, beaten
2 T. butter or margarine melted
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 C. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese (with peppers)
4 oz. can diced green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, melted butter, flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until mixture is blended. Stir in cottage cheese, Jack cheese and green chilies. Pour mixture into a well-greased 9-in. pie plate. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 400º oven 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350º and bake 20 more minutes or until set. Cut into wedges.
