1 package refrigerated pizza crust
3 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
2 cups diced cooked chicken
½ cup diced red bell pepper
⅓ cup pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced
½ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese, divided
½ cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Lightly sprinkle pizza stone or cookie sheet with cornmeal. Unroll pizza crust on lightly floured surface, shaping into a circle with a rolling pin. Bake 12 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.

Meanwhile, slice lettuce, dice chicken and bell pepper, slice olives. Place lettuce, chicken, bell pepper and olives in a large bowl.

In a small bowl or 2 cup measuring cup, combine the salad dressing, half the grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix well.

Spread half of the dressing mixture evenly over the pizza crust. Add remaining salad dressing mixture to lettuce mixture; toss to coat. Top the crust with the salad mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
