Ingredients:  
Perch fillets about four per people
Eggs, beaten
Bread crumbs or fish crisp crumbs
Oil to fry

Directions:
Directions:
Dry fish.

Dip fish in egg, then in the crumbs.

Deep fry in oil.

Serve with lemon or tartar sauce (1 cup mayonnaise, 1Tbsp sweet green relish, 1 Tbsp minced onion, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, mix all ingredients together).
