1-13.5oz Can Coconut Milk
1/4c Very Hot Water
3T Nutritional Yeast
4t. Agar Agar Powder (not flakes)
1/2t. Garlic Powder
1-1/4t. Salt
2T plus 1t Tapioca Flour
1/4c Ice Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients to a boil except Tapioca Flour and Ice Cold Water.
Dissolve tapioca flour in ice cold water while ingredients are boiling. Add to cheese mixture when starts to boil. Whisk everything until thickened and becomes stringy. Pour into glass molds and let cool. Place in refrigerator when cooled and leave overnight.
After 24 hours, will be ready for shredding.

This is one creamy mozzarella cheese! It melts awesome also! We love it on our pizzas!
I think I may try turning it into sticks and make mozzarella sticks with it! If it works, it will me in my next cook book!
