2 cloves garlic, minced
2 scallions, chopped
6 oz carrot, shredded
1 oz peanuts, chopped
8 T sweet soy glaze
2 T pork ramen stock concentrate
2 T szechuan paste
5 t white wine vinegar
1.15 oz peanut butter
1 t chili flakes
20 oz ground pork
9 oz ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make sauce - whisk together sweet soy glaze, pork ramen stock, Szechuan paste, vinegar, peanut butter, 1 1/2 t sugar, 1/4 c water, and chili flakes.
2. Cook pork completely through and add garlic and scallion. Cook until fragrant, 1-2 mins. Stir in sauce
3. Cook ramen and drain.
4. Add drained noodles, carrot, 1 T butter in to pork mixture, toss until noodles are warmed through.
