For Mild Tea:
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 tsp cilantro leaves and seeds and let steep for 10 - 20 minutes.

For Strong Tea:
Combine 2 - 4 cups water and 1 Tbsp cilantro leaves and seeds.
Boil for 5 minutes, then steep for 5 - 14 minutes; strain.
