6 to 7 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar or honey
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp butter soft
2 package active dry yeast
2 1/4 cups warm water 120-130 f

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water butter and sugar together with yeast and set aside for 5 minutes to bloom.

Mix in bowl 5 cups or flour and the salt add yeast mixture and stir. Stir in as much of the remaining flour until a soft dough ball is formed.

Turn out and knead for 8-10 minutes adding flour as needed or us a stand mixer.

Let dough raise one hour in greased bowl until double in size.

Grease 2 loaf pans, remove dough after one hour and separate into to balls. Form dough for loaf pans and place in pans covering for 30-45 minutes until at least 1 inch above rim of pan.

Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes until done.
