1pkg Organic Silken Tofu
1c Vegan Cheddar Cheese, (or see my recipe for vegan Cheddr Cheeze)
1/3c Chickpea Flour
1c Nutritional Yeast
1T Corn Starch
1/2c Almond Milk
1/2t Dijon Mustard
1t Salt
1t Dried Thyme
1/2t. Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. At this point, you can add any fillings you would like, but DO NOT add over 1c of any filling! Pour into a premade vegan pie crust, or see recipe for a home made one! Make sure any fillings are pre cooked before adding!
Bake 40 minutes, and let rest 20 minutes after removing from oven
