1 8 oz. pkg manicotti shells
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 20 oz. jar pasta sauce (classic roasted tomato and garlic)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta as directed. In a medium bowl blend ricotta cheese and eggs. Stir
in Romano cheese and ¾ cup each of provolone and mozzarella. Add parsley
flakes, breadcrumbs and pepper. Pour ½ of sauce into a 13 X 9 baking dish.
Fill the shells evenly with cheese mixture. Place in baking dish. Spoon remaining
sauce over shells. Sprinkle with remaining cheese mixture. Cover and bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes.
