1 Tbsp Olive oil
1-pound smoked sausage
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 cups chicken broth
1- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup milk
8 oz pasta, uncooked
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar-jack cheese
Green onion for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
1. Place olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and sausage, cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic and seasonings and cook an additional 2 minutes.

2. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, milk and pasta. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cover and cook 15 minutes.

3. Stir in the cheese

4. Serve, garnish and enjoy
