1 1/2 lbs. skinless chicken breasts; cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups water
3 cups uncooked rotini noodles
1 package of frozen broccoli and cauliflower blend
1 can diced tomatoes: undrained
1/2 lbs. Velveeta cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir chicken in pan. Stir in water & bring to a boil. Add pasta and
simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until Velveeta is
melted and veggies are tender.
