2 pounds thin sliced boneless pork chops
Italian style breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Lemon
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place pork chops one at a time between 2 sheets of plastic wrap or in a large zipper storage bag. Beat with a meat mallet until 1/8" think or so. Set aside

2. Make a dredging station by placing about 2 cups of the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl and the eggs (beaten) in another bowl. Place 1 chop in the egg and then into the crumbs until completely covered. Set aside

3. Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Fry each pork chop 3 minute on each side or until they are cooked through.

5. Sprinkle with salt while hot.

6. Serve with lemon wedges
