1/2 C butter softened (no substitutes)
1/2 C Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 1/2 C All purpose flour

Topping:
1 C Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 C Butter
1/4 C Honey
1/2 C Whipping Cream
4 C Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 X 13 dish with foil and butter the foil. In mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add egg yolk and mix well. Gradually add flour. Press into pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 mintues or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile in a sauce pan, combine brown sugar, butter, and honey. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for three minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in cream and pecans. Pour over the crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Cool completely before removing foil and cutting into shapes.
