"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

There are any number of turkey stuffing recipes out there. This one is simple but delicious.

Chop celery and onion finely. In a large bowl, combine bread pieces, chopped celery and onion, melted butter and a raw egg, beaten. Stir to combine evenly and add seasonings to taste.

Stuff turkey cavities with stuffing and seal closed with a skewer (or other method) just before it goes in the oven.
