1c. Rolled Oats
2T Chia Seeds
2T Pure Maple Syrup
1t Vanilla
Small Pinch of Salt
1 1/2c Plant Milk
Zest of 1 Lemon
2T Lemon Juice
1-2 Vegan Graham Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
You will need some small canning jars, or small lidded jars. Glass jars work the best!!
Add to each jar, 1/2c oats, 1T chia seeds, 1T pure maple syrup, 1/2t vanilla, small pinch of salt, 3/4c plant milk, zest of 1/2 lemon, 1 lemon juice.

Stir well put lid on tightly and store in refrigerator overnight.
Crumble graham cracker over top before serving
