12 med. potaotes cut up bite size
3 T Butter
celery, carrots, and onion
3 Cans Chicken Broth
3 T Flour
1 Quart Milk
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
4 Strips fried bacon
2 Green onions chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery, carrots and onions in butter a couple of minutes. Add chicken broth and simmer till vegetables are tender. Add potatoes and simmer till half tender. Remove from heat and add flour and water mixture. Stir. Add milk, cheese, bacon and onions. Simmer till the consistancy that you want.
