1c Almond Flour
1/4c Nutritional Yeast
1-1/2t Fine Sea Salt
1/4t Garlic Powder
1T White Miso Paste
2T Distilled White Vinegar
1/2t Grated Lemon Zest

Directions:
Directions:
Add everything to a Food Processor, and process until clumpy and damp.
Roll into a ball and press down to shape. Place on parchment on a small plate in your refrigerator. VERY IMPORTANT DO NOT COVER. It needs to dry out. Keep in fridge 48 hours then put in an airtight container.

This will keep 2-4 weeks in the refrigerator if kept in a sealed container. Tastes amazing! One of my best selling cheeses.
