Ingredients:  
1 large or 2 small cans tuna (12.5 ounces), drained
1 cup cracker crumbs
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 can cream of celery soup
3 tablsepoons chopped onion
3 tablsepoons chopped red or green bell pepper
1 tablsepoon lemon juice
dash of pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except egg whites.

  2. Beat whites and fold into tuna mixture.

  3. Bake in well-greased pan at least 30 minutes at 350ºF, until nicely browned.
