1 cup cold water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs Vegetable Oil
1 cup Onions, chopped fine
1 cup Celery, sliced thin
1-8 ozs can corn
4 Chicken Breast, shredded
1 Pie Crust, frozen
1 cup Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs Baking Powder
1 cup Butter
2-3 cups Rice
1 cup Potatoes, chopped
1-8 pkg Peas, frozen
1 tbs Water
1 cup Carrots, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, salt and pepper in small pan,
Add 4 cups of chicken broth.
Cook stiring constantly add1 tbs cornstarch until thickened.
Put water, oil and salt and pepper in smal bowl and wisk briskly.
Use this mixture to marinade the chicken, set aside.
Use the salt and pepper mixture to steam the vegetables until al dente.
Using the pie crust push it into the bottom of the 5-quart casserole dish sprayed with oil.
On top of the crust layer the vegetables and then add the chicken.
Using the other piece of dough, arrange the piece of dough onto the over the vegetable mixture sealing with egg whites.
Bake one hour or until the crust is brown around the edges and the vegetable-chicken mixture is done.
Serve immediately and ENJOY!
