3T White Wine Vinegar
2T Cold Water
9T Just Egg
3/4c Plant Based Margarine Warmed
1 Turmeric Root Grated

Directions:

Boil Vinegar, Water, and. Turmeric, Hard until 1T left
Put in bowl over steaming water pot. Add Vegan Egg and stir. Slowly add Vegan Margarine and stir until thick

This is the best Hollandaise Sauce I have ever tried!!!! The Turmeric adds a beautiful color, and added benefits! See my The Sunshine my vegan eggs for Eggs Benedict!!

As a child, and now adult, I never ever ate egg whites. Now I do eat my vegan egg white. I have been told that my vegan fried eggs are just like eggs from animals. And they are pretty close!
