1 Tbsp olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
2 large yellow onions- diced
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup beef broth
2 cups water
2- 15 oz cans of tomato sauce
2- 15 oz cans of diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups elbow macaroni- uncooked
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1. Set the Instant pot to sauté. When hot add the olive oil, onion and garlic; sauté 3-4 minutes. Add the ground beef and brown. Remove any excess liquid/grease.

2.Add the1 cup of beef broth and deglaze the bottom of the instant pot. Add the water, tomato sauce, dices tomatoes, w-sauce, bay leaves and the remaining seasonings. Stir to combine. Add the uncooked macaroni.

3. Put on the lid, set to sealing and place on high pressure for 1 minute. quick release the pressure after the minute is up. Remove lid and stir. Turn off the Instant pot completely. Topp with cheese and serve.

** you can use a jar of your favorite pasta sauce in place of the tomato sauce.

** This recipe is easily halved. The full recipes makes a ton.
