⅓ cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt, 75g
2 Tbsp Whey-Caesin Vanilla Protein Powder, 11g
2 tsp Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding Mix, 5g, Sugar free
1 Tbsp + 2 tsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, 25ml
3-4 crushed Vanilla Wafers, Sugar Free recommended below, 14g
½ Small Banana, sliced, 45g

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding, and milk until smooth.
2. Add water a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached
3. Assemble in a jar with layers: pudding on bottom, crushed vanilla wafers, then banana slices, and repeat.
2 layers of each.
