2 lbs Chicken, cooked, cut into bite size pieces
1-4+1/2 ozs can Pineapple Tibets and Juice
1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 tbs Cornstarch
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Onions, chopped fine
3 cloves Garlic, pressed
3 cups Rice, cooked
2 tbs Butter
2 tbs Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan over medium heat brown chicken in butter, set aside.
Add onions and garlic and fry until onions are clear and garlic is brown and flagrant.
In a 5-quart casserole dish sprayed with oil assemble all ingredients together except soy sauce and cornstarch.
Combine soy sauce and cornstarch together and pour it over the casserole dish and heat until thick.
Bake one hour at 350 *.
Serve and ENJOY!
