4 Cups Water
1 tsp Salt
8 oz. Cream Cheese (Softened)
3 Cups Instant Mashed Potatoes
3/4 Cup of Milk
1 Stick Butter
Paprika
1 Cup Sour Cream
Fresh Chives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large pan bring water, salt and 6 tbsps of
butter to a boil. Add milk and mashed potatoes. Stir in cream cheese and sour
cream. Add chives and mix thoroughly. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with
non-stick spray. Melt the remaining 2 tbsps. of butter and pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake for one hour.
