5 Chicken Breasts portioned (cut in ½ lengthwise)
1 C. Plain Greek Yogurt
¼ C. Lemon Juice
¼ C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 T. Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Dry Dill Weed
½ tsp. Dry Thyme
½ tsp. Dried Oregano
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Onion Powder

Whisk together in a bowl and pour over the chicken. Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours to overnight. Fry or grill until internal temp is 165º and chicken is golden brown.

Note: Can also substitute breasts for chicken thighs. You can also use a blended Greek seasoning if you can find a good one. Many have MSG, so I avoid it.
