2lbs Ground meat (beef/turkey/chicken
2 T. Basil
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
4 C. Marinara
4 C. Chicken Stock (Can use Beef as well)
1lb. Short cut noodle of choice (Fusilli, Bow Tie, etc.)
1 C. Ricotta
½ C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat with all the seasonings. Once browned, drain fat if needed, and add Marinara and Stock. Bring to a small boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. While the soup is cooking, in a separate pot, cook the pasta as per the directions on the box and drain. Mix Ricotta and Mozzarella. Cheese for garnishing.
Add pasta to the bottom of the bowl, pour soup over, and add a dollop of the Ricotta mixture and Parmesan to the top.

Note: I like to keep pasta separate so it does not become too soggy for leftovers.
I use homemade stock and marinara, so you may have to add additional seasonings to taste.
