For the bread:
1 1/4 cups Milk
2 tbsp Sour Cream
2 Eggs
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tbsp Oil
1 pinch Vanilla
4 Cups Flour
1 tbsp Bread machine yeast

For the icing:
2 Egg Whites
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
Colored Sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
In the bread machine bucket, combine all ingredients in the order listed.
Turn your machine on to dough cycle and start.
When finished, divide dough into two loaf pans or round pans. Let sit on counter for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook bread for 40 minutes. Cool.

Prepare icing by beating egg whites in a bowl for 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add in powdered sugar and mix.
Pour the frosting over the cooled bread and top with colored sprinkles.
