Sponge:
1 cup water
1/3 cup milk
2 1/4 yeast 1 pkg
2 cups flour

Dough:
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/3 cup wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and milk add yeast and flour mix well set aside for 60-90 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and knead 8-10 minutes.

Let rise 1.5-2 hours.

Shape into 9x5 loaf pan let raise 30 to 60 minutes until double.

Bake 350F 36 - 40 minutes on a lower shelf placing top of loaf in middle of oven.
