2 pkg yeast 4 1/2 tsp
1 1/2 cup warm water
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 lard/butter
9 cup flour
1 cup mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast to warm water, sugar, lard/butter set aside for 5 - 10 minutes.

Mix together salt, eggs, mashed potatoes, and 2 cups of flour. Add in yeast mixture and as much flour as the dough will allow.

Knead for 5-10 minutes. Place in wam place to double in size about 1 hour.

Shape dough into balls and cover until double in side in pan. Double in size.

Bake 400F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
