1 pkg yeast 2 1/2 tsp
7 cups flour whole wheat
1 cup unbleached flour
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
11 tbsp butter
4 tbsp molasses
4 tbsp powder milk
1 1/2 cup + 5 tbsp water
1 cup milk scolded and cooled to below 120 degrees F.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together 5 tbsp warm water and 1 pkg yeast, set aside for 5/10 minutes.
Sift together 1 cup wheat flour and one cup unbleached flour add warm yeast mixture.

In large add salt, brown sugar, honey, butter, molasses pour in milk and stir well. Add water and yeast mixture. Mix in 6 cups of wheat flour and powder milk mix well then knead 10 minutes.

Let rise until double then punch down. divide into 4 pans (round) and let rise again bake at 350/375 until internal temp is 190. Probably 20-30 minutes (guessing have to make to better).
