2 tablespoons butter
2 tbs Flour
8 ozs Cheddar Cheese, gratted

1 cup milk
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 lbs Chicken Breast, cut into bite size pieces
5 Apples, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; whisk flour into butter until smooth.
Pour milk into butter mixture and stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes.
Add Cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.
Peel, cut into bite size pieces the apples, now core the apples, set aside.
In a frying pan over medium heat brown chicken breasts on both sides.
Place chicken into a 5-quart casserole dish sprayed with oil and dusted with flour.
Bake, uncover for one hour.
Remove from casserole and lossen the drippings with a pan cake turner or other flat, sharp implement so that you can make gravey.
