8 medium size potatoes

1 egg
1 t salt
pepper
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and grate potatoes. Add beaten egg, and salt and pepper. Mix well. Add enough flour so dough is thick and does NOT stick to hands.

Drop by tablespoons into boiling (salt water) (maybe 3 cups) Cook over low heat until they float.

These are tasty as leftovers. Cut Klub into smaller pieces for crisp edges or searing.
