2 pork loins
1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ sauce
2 bottles Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the pork loins into manageable sections. Season the meat if you prefer and sear all sides in a hot skillet on the stove.

2. In the pressure cooker, add roughly a cup of water and stir in a little of the BBQ sauce. Use 'Saute' function to heat it up before adding the meat.

3. Add seared meat to pressure cooker. Seal the lid and pressure cook for 40 minutes. Let it sit in the cooker for 20 minutes while the pressure comes down naturally.

4. Release any remaining steam. Remove the meat from the pressure cooker into a large bowl.

5. Shred the meat. Then mix in the 2 bottles of BBQ sauce making sure the meat is well covered.

6. Spread the meat onto a cookie sheet. Put in the oven on an upper rack and Broil until you are happy with the amount of crispy bits. Transfer to a bowl or serving dish. Serve as is, make sandwiches, add as a topping for baked potatoes, pizza, etc.
