Ingredients:  
Grease 8 X 8-inch pan.
In bottom pace 2 cups of seasoned croutons.
Cover with 1 cup grated sharp cheese.
Combine 4 slightly beaten eggs, 2 cups milk, ½ tsp. salt.
Mix until well blended.
Pour over croutons and cheese.
Crumble ½ lb. cooked bacon over top.
Bake at 325º about 45 - 50 minutes.
