8 C. thin sliced Cucumbers
2 C. thin slices Yellow Onion
2 C. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp. Celery Seed
3 C. Sugar
2 tsp. Tumeric
3 Cinnamon Sticks broken into 1 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash cucumbers and onions.
2. Sprinkle with salt and place in a strainer. Drain for 30 minutes.
3. Place large saucepan with other ingredients.
4. Bring to a boil for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
5. Place in sterilized jars and seal in a water bath for 10 minutes. (following water bath canning instructions).

Makes 4 pints.
