4 pork chops
1 jar or can of sauerkraut

Directions:
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer pork chops in the bottom of the dish. Add sauerkraut over the pork chops. Cover and bake in a 350-degree F. oven for 1 hour. Uncover and cook until top of sauerkraut is lightly browned. Serve hot.
