2 cloves fresh minced garlic (or as much as you can stand!)
1/4 T. fresh minced ginger
1/4 to 1/2 T. cayenne pepper (or as much as you can stand!)
1 drop Eucalyptus essential oil
Juice from 1 lemon
1 t honey
1/2 c. hot water

Heat water. Place all other ingredients in and drink it down at first sign of cold, flu, sinus, respiratory issues.

This works and it doesn't taste that bad. For children, have a glass of milk or juice ready for them to drink after. It's a bit spicy.
