4 cups thin sliced zucchini (unpeeled)
1 cup chopped onion
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup chopped parsley
salt and pepper
¼ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. basil
¼ tsp. oregano
2 eggs
8 oz. or 2 cups muenster cheese or mozzarella
Pillsbury Crescent Dinner rolls

Directions:
Directions:
In a 10-inch skillet, sauté squash with butter and onion for 10 minutes.
Stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Add herbs. Combine 2 eggs beaten well with cheese.
Separate dinner rolls and shape to form a crust in a quiche pan or 10 in. pie pan.
fill crust with mixture and bake at 375º for 18 - 20 min. Top with bread or cracker crumbs.
