4-6 Chicken Breast sliced thin
1-6 ozs pkg Peas with Onions
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Celery Salt
3 tsp Flour
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Tobasco Sauce
1/2 cup White Wine
Fluffy Rice
1 lbs Mushrooms, sliced thin
1 cup Cream
1/8 cup Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Steam chicken breasts in salted water until tender. Set aside.
Reserve one cup of the chicken broth from cooking the chicken and combine it with the mixture of worcestershire sauce.
Fry mushrooms until brown.
Cook peas with onions until tender.
Mix, in a small bowl combine cream cheese, chicken - shin removed, worcestershire sauce, tobacco sauce, cream, onion salt and pepper.
Cook peas with onions according to pkg directions.
Combine all of the above into a 5-quart casserole dish sprayed with oil.
Mix butter, flour and wine stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour over casserole dish.
Add cream e
Bake 22-28 minutes at 350 *.
Serve from casserol dish.
