3 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can/bottle of beer, room temp (soda can be substituted)
1/4 c. butter (½ stick)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and beer. Mix just until blended. Scoop into a 9x5 loaf pan that has been greased. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.
