1/3 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 large slices of ham
2 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 Tbsp dry mustard
1 c cornflakes or crackers
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 4 slices of bread (crusts removed). Cube and line bottom of 9 x 9 casserole dish, butter side up. Add Velveeta cheese and ham (cubed) and lay on top. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard. Pour mixture over bread, ham and cheese. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Next morning melt 2 Tbsp butter and add cornflakes. Sprinkle over egg mixture. Place casserole in a larger pan of water and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.

We use this recipe for Christmas morning. It's in the oven while we open our presents, with some cinnamon rolls. We change each year from ham to link sausage or bacon. I pre-cook the bacon and sausage.
