10-oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies, chopped fine
1 lb Velveeta cheese, melted
1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage, browned and drained

Mix all together and serve with Doritos chips. (You can find the Ro-Tel brand tomatoes and peppers in larger supermarkets by the tomatoes.)
