2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese
8-oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped green onions
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp seasoned salt
2 c chopped pecans, divided
assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Gently stir in drained pineapple, green pepper, onions, seasonings and 1/2 c chopped nuts. Turn out onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining nuts. Makes 2 good size balls. Serve with crackers.

Doesn't work as well with the light cream cheese. It leaves it too soft.
