1 pkg corn muffin mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp honey mustard
4 bun size hot dogs/ cut into 1/2" pieces
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Coat mini muffin cups.

Stir together muffin mix, honey, cheese, egg, milk, and mustard until blended. Stir in hot dogs.

Drop batter into cups. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown and toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes

In small bowl combine mustard and ketchup for dipping.
