Pasta Dough


Ingredients:

2 Cups Flour
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 -2 Tablespoons Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Roll out dough into thins sheets. I like to use pasta machine. Place 1 -1 1/2 teaspoons onto the pasta dough about one each apart. Cover the dough with
a top sheet of pasta., pressing out air from around the portion of filling. Press around the filling to seal. Cut the individual raviolis. Seal the edges. Fill large pot with water.
Bring to boil. Drop in raviolis and cook 4 to 8 minutes until done. Drain.
 

Cheese Filling


Ingredients:

2 Cups Whole Milk Ricotta
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
2 Teaspoons Parsley

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and fill raviolis.
 

Meat Filling


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 lb Ground Beef
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
Salt and Pepper
8 Ounces Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
2 Tablespoons Parsley
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef in a little oil with cinnamon, garlic salt and salt and pepper. Cook until browned. Mix ground beef with ricotta, parsley and parmesan cheese. Place a rounded teaspoon of filling in each raviolli,
